As 2024 approaches, I’m taking a moment to celebrate and reflect on the year that was 2023! Changes happened right from the outset when I changed my name from Julie Court Nutrition to Essex Menopause Coach. I feel this change better captures the essence of the support I provide for women during perimenopause and menopause.
Last year’s highlights include hosting my first 3-night menopause retreat, a truly beautiful location in Suffolk with some wonderful ladies. The feeling of community and connection was out of this world. I’d love to offer this experience again in 2024 and would love for you to be a part of it. Being named runner-up in the Women in Business category at the Tendring4Growth Awards was a proud and memorable moment, highlighting the impact of my work in supporting women through menopause both in the workplace and on a personal level.

The Sunday Sessions
Sunday January 14th
Kickstart the year with “The Sunday Session,” an online breathwork class designed to help you ease into the new week and manage your symptoms. (7:30 pm – 8:00 pm). Booking essential – £4.00
Community Event Manningtree

Feering Wellness Retreat
Sunday 4th February
Don’t miss this Wellbeing Day Retreat in Feering. Organised by Danielle at Bee Beautiful at No 88, where I’ll be a guest speaker discussing menopause. Plus, I’m offering discounted Menopause Reboot Sessions. (£40 Booking required)

Soulful Sunrise Sessions
Dates April to October 2024 – TBC

Wellness in the Wild Festival
Friday 14th – 16th June
I am so super excited about this as it combines by two greatest loves – festivals and menopause! I will be here for the whole weekend. The timings and full line up have to be confirmed by I will be holding a menopause talk in one of the tents and another breathwork for menopause session. Located in Suffolk and for a great price, come down and join us.
I would absolutely love to see you at one of these events, It’s so nice to meet you in person and we all know how I feel about the importance of community.
